  • Yes, weaving classes are available. The 2024 Weaving Classes/Retreats are full, however if you are interested in one-on-one classes, please contact Danette Sulgrove for further information.

Our Products

  • All items on the Weaver’s Song Textiles website are made by hand, using different weaving looms in the studio. Yarns are sourced from the best possible vendors and all finish work is hand done from sewing hems to twisting fringe. Items are wet finished (washed) and pressed before shipping. Handmade items are unique, special, and cared for each step of the way!

  • All Weaver’s Song Textiles handmade items are made on Whidbey Island, located in Washington State, USA!

  • Yes, Laundry instructions are on each item located on the back of the tag. Additionally general laundry instructions and help tips are available under resources.

Orders

  • Orders will be processed in 2-5 business days.

  • Orders can only be changed prior to shipping. Contact Weaver’s Song Textiles to determine if the order can be changed.

  • Yes! Weaver’s Song Textiles accepts custom orders. Additional information is available under the “Shop” button. Please contact Danette Sulgrove to discuss.

Payments

  • We accept most major credit card brands and PayPal.

  • Yes, we have a refund policy in place. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase or encounter any issues, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you with a refund or exchange according to our policy.

  • At this time, we do not offer installment payment options.

Shipping

  • Weaver’s Song Textiles uses United States Postal Service (USPS) and ships all items in Flat Rate boxes.

  • Yes, Weaver’s Song Textiles uses USPS Flat Rate boxes, and all packages provide tracking.

  • Yes, local pick of orders is available at the Weaver’s Song Textiles studio. A date and time will be coordinated via email.

  • The Weaver’s Song Textiles website is set up to ship in the United States. If you are purchasing an item that needs to be shipped outside of the United States, please contact Danette Sulgrove to discuss what is possible.

  • If you don’t receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact Weaver’s Song Textiles to research and track the order.

Returns

  • Weaver’s Song Textiles accepts returns within 14 days of the USPS delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

    If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact Weaver’s Song Textiles at weaverssongtextiles@whidbey.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

    Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once an item is returned and determined to be eligible for return it will take 5-7 business days to complete the return and refund price of the item.

    Please read the entire return policy prior to purchase of an item.
