We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a hassle-free return process. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Weaver’s Song Textiles accepts returns within 14 days of the USPS delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that customized items are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Return Process
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:
1.Contact Weaver’s Song Textiles at info@weaverssongtextiles.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please make sure to write RETURN clearly on the outside of the package.
5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for return, we will process a refund to the original payment method within5-7business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
